Jakarta, 3rd June 2015 – Fuji Xerox Printer Channel (FXPC) is launching a total of 12 new A4 printers to the Indonesia market with 8 monochrome printers - DocuPrint P115w, DocuPrint M115w, DocuPrint M115z, DocuPrint P225d, DocuPrint P265dw, DocuPrint M225dw, DocuPrint M225z, DocuPrint M265z; and 4 colour printers – DocuPrint CP116w, DocuPrint CP225w, DocuPrint CM115w and DocuPrint CM265z.

The new printers are packed with many market-leading features and specifications such as the industry leading print resolution of up to 2,400x600 dpi, fast print speed (up to 30ppm) and user-friendly wireless and mobile connectivity (for IOS and Android operating systems). Mobile printing is now a breeze using AirPrint or Google Cloud Print. These features will benefit many home and SMB users whom have adopted mobile devices such as tablets for their office use.

A dedicated team will be handling all queries ably by simulating a customer printing environment, replicating issues and offering step-by-step solution and in the event that an issue cannot be resolved remotely, Fuji Xerox engineers will also utilize the web-based Remote Support Tool that allows secured connection to customer’s workstation such that immediate resolution of complex problems can be completed immediately and without fuss.
